Reservation and confirmation
Reservations are only confirmed when the quotation has been accepted and a deposit paid (50 % of the total amount).
A confirmation of the reservation is sent on receipt of the payment. The balance must be paid on arrival at the latest.
 
Cancellation and amendment
In the event of cancellation < 30 days prior to the start of the stay, the deposit shall not be reimbursed.
If the date of the stay is amended at the client's initiative, a new reservation shall be suggested based on the availability of the studio.
 
Payment methods
Payments can be accepted by bank transfer, cheque or cash. A bill will be available at the end of the stay.
 
Deposit
Clients are asked to provide a €500 guarantee deposit on arrival. It can be paid in cash or by cheque.
This guarantee deposit covers the costs of any damage or items broken during the stay.
The deposit will be reimbursed in full once the premises have been inspected and approved. If the inspection reveals damage or broken items, the deposit will be reduced by the costs of repairs/replacement/additional cleaning.
 
Arrival
All the information needed prior to arrival is set out in the reservation confirmation.
The studio is available as of 14:00 on the arrival date. The keys are handed over on the premises.
Customers can arrive outside our office opening hours and over the weekend. In this case, the airport transfer service with chauffeur is obligatory, and the keys will be handed over by the chauffeur.
 
Departure
The keys' apartment must be returned before 11:00 on the day of departure. The keys are handed over on the premises. If clients are departing out of office hours, an appointment will be made on the day before.

Animals
For reasons of hygiene and allergies, animals are not allowed in the studio.
 
Smokers
The studio is non-smoking for reasons of comfort and health.
 
Insurance
The studio is insured but the insurance does not cover the luggage, goods and valuables of the tenants and personal liability damage. We recommend that tenants take out insurance prior to their arrival.
 
Responsibilities
The tenants are bound to respect the neighbourhood and to maintain the premises in the same condition of cleanliness, tidiness and functionality as they were on their arrival. If the rules above are not respected, we reserve the right to ask the tenants to leave. In this case, no refund or compensation can be demanded.
The owner cannot be held responsible in the event of breakages of equipment in the hired premises or the communal areas of the building, or for water outages, power cuts or problems with cable TV.
